Started the job as a standard metal roof. Once the roof was opened up they realized it would be a full rebuild. They ended up changing all the wood out and even did double trusses to make sure it was solid. It was a huge amount of work but they got it done and it looks absolutely amazing. It took longer than they thought it would but they didnt stop until it was done.
We couldn’t be happier that we found Adem and his team.We knew that we had some roof issues and leaks around our fireplace when we were getting quotes. Adem was the only contractor to physically go up and inspect our roof while other companies just took a few photos from the ground. While up there he found that we had a ton of rotted plywood and layers of poorly installed shingles.
We recently had our roof replaced in Wasaga Beach and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally with a clear written contract and proof of WSIB insurance provided. The crew showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and ensured the property was left spotless when the job was done.
