705 Roofing Reviews

We had a positive experience from start to finish with 705 Roofing. They brought a large crew and arrived exactly on time each day, maximizing the good weather to get the job done in just 3 days as promised. The craftsmanship was highly professional, and they were very accommodating, making a minor adjustment for us without hesitation. They were also knowledgeable and provided valuable advice regarding our warranty. We would absolutely recommend them!

Amazing job done by 705 roofing would recommend to anyone the qualty of work and professionalism exceeded expectations

My family cant thank them enough for all the work they did .

Started the job as a standard metal roof. Once the roof was opened up they realized it would be a full rebuild. They ended up changing all the wood out and even did double trusses to make sure it was solid. It was a huge amount of work but they got it done and it looks absolutely amazing. It took longer than they thought it would but they didnt stop until it was done. It's a beautiful standing seam roof that we actually have neighbors taking about how nice it is! Couldn't be happier.

I am so happy with the replacement roof that Adem and his team did. They worked so hard, efficiently, and were done before the days end. The yard was cleaned up before they left. I paid exactly what he quoted. No hidden costs. I have already recommended 705 Roofing to one of my friends. Honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable.

We recently had our roof replaced and couldn't be happier with the experience. The crew took their time and did the job properly instead of rushing through it. Their attention to detail was obvious from start to finish, and the quality of the workmanship really shows.

What impressed me most was that they cared about more than just the roof itself. They did an excellent job cleaning up the property afterward, making sure no nails, debris, or materials were left behind. They treated our home with respect and left everything looking great when the work was completed.

It's hard to find contractors who take pride in every aspect of their work, but this team certainly does. Professional, thorough, and detail oriented from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares about doing the job right and a fair price.

The 705 roofing crew did a fantastic job on the roof of my house. It looks so much better and I feel like it will last a lifetime. I am very pleased with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on roofing even after they were done the job, they came back to double check that something was done. Right, and of course, it was.

Adem and his crew were amazing to us here in Stayner. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best price and quality of work.

Adem is super passionate, extremely intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to roofing and client care. They really went the extra mile and take complete accountability for their actions.

We had another quote from a different company that would have charged us 50% more than Adem, when he arrived at my home he took me up on the roof and explained everything clearly as to what was wrong and ensured that I understood all the work that needed to be completed. He was very transparent with how much things would cost.

I can 100% say that we couldn’t have gotten anyone better than 705 roofing. If you need someone reliable, and expert in their trade and just an all around amazing guy, definitely go with Adem and you won’t be disappointed!!

Adem and 705 Roofing are amazing. He has been fantastic for our home in Wasaga beach. At one point we had ice dam issues and thanks to their incredible work, they have come and removed the snow and ice to ensure the home is in great shape. Amazing work as always and we definitely recommend to everyone!

I Recently called Adem because I had an ice damming problem. He provided great service and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

705 Roofing exceeded our expectations with the replacement of our roof. Quality materials and attention to detail craftsmanship! Plus they stand behind there work with robust warranties!

We were also having a problem with the toilets not flushing well! They noticed that there were cheater vents in the attic space! They stubbed these through the roof and our toilets have never flushed better! I Highly recommend Adem and his team at 705 Roofing, and will be a client for life!

Couldn't have asked for a better business interaction than with Adem. From the start, he was courteous and helpful in clarifying the different types of roofs suited for my project. He did not try to upsell and was very flexible in working around our schedule, even with our set backs. He professionally started and finished as per said time and cleaned up beautifully. I would highly recommend 705 Roofing.

We recently had our roof replaced in Wasaga Beach and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally with a clear written contract and proof of WSIB insurance provided. The crew showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, and ensured the property was left spotless when the job was done. It’s refreshing to deal with a contractor who takes pride in their workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from 705 Roofing! The owner Adem took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions patiently. 705 Roofing is an Owen Cornings certified installer, which was one of our top requirements as we know it affects the warranty of the shingles.

The quality of their workmanship is top-notch, and our new roof looks fantastic. They even went above and beyond by bringing my son scrap plywood to build skateboard and bmx ramps out of. We highly recommend 705 Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing services in the area. Five stars all the way!

Adem was great with communication and was very professional.

His crew was very efficient working all day to get the roof shingled and the attic reinsulated.

Would definitely recommend 705 Roofing

Adem responded quickly to our call about a roof leak this winter and we were confident in his assessment of the issues involved. We hired him for a full replacement of the roof (home and garage), with removal of a skylight and upgrades to ventilation and ice/water protection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The job was finished on time and on budget. Site cleanup was also incredibly thorough. He also provided great references for other projects that we are considering for our property.

Thanks Adem!

We recently hired 705 roofing and were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and expertise. From the very beginning, they explained everything clearly and answered all our questions with honesty. The work was done in a very systematic and organized way, and they made sure to clean up as they went along—leaving no mess behind. Adem and his crew did an amazing job. Everything was painless and professional. I was super happy with the work that was done. It was high quality and fast and the prices were thousands of dollars lower than the other quotes I had gotten. I appreciate his honest pricing so much.

705 Roofing was absolutely amazing.

They completed my cottage roof in Tiny ON, right outside Wasaga Beach. I called Adem and he came the same day to provide a quote, even though it was super last minute and raining.

I found the price to be fair. Adem was respectful and knowledgeable. On the day of the job his crew and himself showed up on time. They did an amazing job. They were all awesome and extremely hard working and super respectful of my home and space. I would hire Adem and his team again anytime. Thank you boys for awesome work!

We were very pleased with the roofing provided by Adem. From start to finish everything went smoothly. From assisting us in choosing a shingle colour including dropping off shingle samples to leaving the property clean and tidy upon completion, the service and workmanship were top notch! We would not hesitate to recommend 705 roofing to everyone.

Great workmanship, neat and tidy job site as well. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing jobs you require .

Was very impressed with 705 Roofing. Odem was very knowledgeable, professional and honest with regards to my roofing requirements. His crew were “straight to work” upon arrival, did a great job and their clean up was great…you’d never know they were there. I’d highly recommend this company.

Today, Adem and his team completed the installation of our new roof on our newly constructed cottage in Victoria Harbour, and what a job they did.

Keep up the great work

Adem and his team did a great job on our home in Stayner. He thoroughly explained what was required to be done, responded quickly to questions, and made sure that the metal panels that were ordered in matched the ones that were existing on the house. Other than the fact they're way cleaner, it's a perfect match! I would highly recommend Adem and his team. Thanks for the great job at a fair price.

Thanks to Adem and 705 Roofing team. They provided a fair quote and a quality job while keeping us informed every step of the way. The roof was completed on time, as promised. I would highly recommend 705 Roofing.

Monica - Wasaga Beach.

Adem and his crew at 705 Roofing are hands down one of the best in the area. From garden/house protection while tearing the old roof off to the installation process of the new roof and to the final clean up everything is done right perfectly. I will 100% recommend 705 Roofing on any project in the future.

705 Roofing has been our go-to shingling company for years, and for good reason. As a builder, it’s essential to work with partners who are reliable, and 705 Roofing consistently delivers. They show up on time, perform high-quality work, and offer fair pricing.

What really stands out is the teamwork and collaboration they bring to each project. Their professionalism and dedication have earned our trust, which is why Mighton Construction continues to choose 705 Roofing for our builds. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend Adem and his crew for your next roofing project. Each one knew their responsibilities and worked as a cohesive team very efficiently. Attention to detail in the roofing itself and again at cleanup was very evident. When they pulled away you would never know they were even here.

705 Roofing were excellent. Had to call them at 10pm the night of a storm because our ceiling fan exhaust vent started leaking. They were there the next day and the vents replaced within 3 days! Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to work with Adem. He is very knowledgeable, perfectly on time. Great crew who paid attention to detail and were meticulous about the clean up. I would not look anywhere else. I would give Adem and 705 Roofing more stars if I was able to. Roof looks outstanding. Thanks to Adem for the guidance on color too.

The crew was very professional and polite ,and did an excellent job, will definitely refer them to other friends and will use them in the future, Job well done thanks

Adem and his crew were fantastic . Adem is professional, very quick to respond and takes a lot of time to work with his customer to make sure they will be happy . His crew worked extremely hard in heat that was unbearable and kept the site clean. He was excellent at communicating exactly what was happening and followed thru on everything . The end result was a beautiful professionally done roof and a happy customer . Anyone would be very pleased to have them work on their project and would very highly recommend 705 Roofing !!

Adem and his team were great to work with. When they started the job it was a simple 2 day job. However when they removed the old shingles they found problems that required way more work. Adem and his team worked 14 hour days and even returned on a Saturday to finish the job. They completed everything efficiently and professionally and we have total confidence that our roof was repaired properly. Aden’s team was great, they worked incredibly hard, and we enjoyed having them. We would recommend 705 roofing with 100% confidence.

Adem and his crew did a great job on our roof . Adem was very quick to respond with his quote and always responded promptly to my questions over the phone. He even dropped the colour samples off at our door. They were good with managing their time and working together with our general contractor to complete the job. The clean up was fantastic too! Thanks 705

Adem and his team were very professional and courteous throughout the process. After the agreement was made to replace our roof, Adem provided prompt feedback about materials and when the job would be completed and stuck to the timeline. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the competed project.

We were both also extremely impressed with the friendly atmosphere among the team while also being very hardworking. The fact that they all enjoyed what they do, really shone through this team and the work they produced.

The winter was not kind to our roof. Adem responded quickly and professionally to a request for short term repairs and a recommendation on what was needed for a longer term fix. Adem checked out the roof and provided photos to support his recommendation that a replacement was the best option. The photos meant that I did not need to go onto the roof which was helpful as a senior. Adem's price quote was competitive (including a seniors discount) and promptly provided. It also included making the required short term patches. Once we had contracted with Adem he appeared and quickly made the patches. Adem then ordered the materials. This occurred early in the month and it was agreed that that the full replacement would be installed by the end of the month. The high quality materials took about 10 days to appear and Adem and his crew arrived shortly after. The work was completed in a (long) day with the crew being cheerful and polite throughout. A good job done on time with the minimum of fuss and stress. Thank you to Adem and the team.

Adem is amazing, he showed up to help my clients on a Sunday and provided timely and thorough information and advice. His quote was very reasonable and he explained everything in detail.

Adem and his crew did a great job! Polite and knowledgeable. (We found more nails than we would have liked after the job was complete.)

Our roof looks fantastic…thanks Adem!

We couldn’t be happier that we found Adem and his team.We knew that we had some roof issues and leaks around our fireplace when we were getting quotes.

Adem was the only contractor to physically go up and inspect our roof while other companies just took a few photos from the ground. While up there he found that we had a ton of rotted plywood and layers of poorly installed shingles. He gave us best and worst case scenario quotes that were very fair and honest. We decided on replacing all the existing plywood to avoid further issues down the road.

Adem and his team were amazing. They had all the plywood and shingles replaced, a custom piece for our fireplace and removed extra insulation that was causing issues with air flow. Everything was done in two days with zero mess left behind.

We were so pleased that we had him come back and replace our separate garage roof soon after. Adem truly cares about the quality of work that he provides. Thanks Adem!!

I feel so blessed to have found 705 Roofing to do my roof! Adem and his team did a wonderful job and followed through with every promise. Totally professional and honest. Thank you, Adem!

The team did a great job with our complex back split roofing and blown in insulation. They were honest about what needed to be done and stand behind ther workmanship. The roof adds the perfect glimmer to the curb appeal. THANKS 705 Roofing!

From start to finish the professionalism and from Adem and his crew was above and beyond. It was all so organized and even with unexpected repairs, they worked so hard to keep on schedule. When we came across issues he had pictures and explained the whats wheres and whys and had solutions to fix it. They did a great job cleaning up after all the work was done. The estimated time frame given was extremely accurate. The roof looks fantastic and is more solid now than the day it was built. Thank you to Adem and his team for fantastic work

I shopped around many roofing companies for about a year. 705 roofing promised the best quality materials, and master installation for a very reasonable quote. Adem was very quick to come by the property and gave me an instant quote. He made sure to show me exactly what materials were going to be used in my new roof. My roof was actually in very bad shape and the shingles were crumbling away. I was quite concerned that the old roof wouldn’t last long enough to find someone to replace it in time to save it from water damage.

Adem said he could try to squeeze me in within a month. All the while my roof was crumbling away. He ended up scheduling me in within a couple of weeks and before I knew it, he was here and getting to work.

Adem and his team were very friendly throughout the entire job. They worked very hard and Adem was very hands on with every aspect of the job. Usually the owner is supervising the workers, or contracts the hard work out to others. Not this company. Adem made sure to be the one to handle the difficult parts of the roof so that they would be done right.

My roof happened to be a very difficult roof to work on. There were many problems with the installation by the original builders that we found when the old shingles were pulled off. Adem took detailed pictures of what he found and kept me updated the whole time. It turned out that the plywood was so terribly installed that the corners were overlapping each other and most edges looked like they were broken over someones knee rather than cut by a proper tools. I told him to do what he could with the roof. He ended up cutting the wood properly and fixing all the issues that the builders left behind. The Roof now looks amazing, and the craftsmanship is top notch. Adem really does care about every single detail and took as long as he needed to do the job right and leave the home protected and looking good.

In addition to all of this, the second last day of the job, it was going to rain and the workers left the remaining section of the roof covered with a waterproof film. I noticed that the wind had blown a portion of the film loose exposing the wood. I called Adem to let him know. He drove across town and was on my roof within 15 minutes to secure the film with a few more nails.

There aren’t enough words that I could say to reflect how impressed I am with this company and the work that they do. The roof looks beautiful and I am beyond satisfied. When it comes time to repair or replace your roof, if you don’t use 705 Roofing for your roofing needs you are missing out.

Adem the owner personally inspected the installation to ensure his workers did a good job & personally performed some of the work along with his crew & took care to ensure you were happy with the results of the installation. All work was completed in weather that allowed quality work to be completed. The price was fair compared with others. I just had to remove the prices of some of the over priced bids out of the 6 which I called that seemed out of the ball park average. Quality is not always the most expensive. People should not be rushed by the bidders that give a deadline so that you have time to make a good decision. I am happy with my results.

Adem and his crew came out and did our roof this past week. Amazing service, fair price, quality workmanship. I cant say anything negative about my experience with 705 Roofing, would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Adem and his crew did a fantastic job. Our roof had a lot of plywood and boards to replace. He kept me well informed in how it was going. Giving me confidence that the work being done was a high quality.

Adem from 705 roofing was great to do business with. Very knowledgeable and our roof turned out amazing. We obtained 5-6 quotes from different companies and decided to go with 705 roofing which we are glad we did as we saved money compared to the other guys and 705 roofing used top of the line material and their quality/workmanship is top notch.

Adem and his team did an amazing job by installing a new roof, he was not scared of the winter weather. I'd recommend his service.

You cannot make a better choice than Adem and 705. The quality of the product (shingles) was fantastic.
