Every new roof we install comes with our own 10-year workmanship warranty, at no extra cost. Because 705 Roofing has been an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor since 2019, we can also register Owens Corning’s extended warranties on your new shingle roof.

Included on every new shingle or metal roof we install. If a leak or problem comes from how our crew installed your roof, we come back and fix it at no cost for 10 years. If you sell your home, the warranty transfers once to the new owner. Roof repairs are not covered by this warranty.
Your whole roof system, not only the shingles, is covered against manufacturing defects. For Owens Corning lifetime shingles on a single-family home, the first 50 years are non-prorated: Owens Corning pays to repair or replace defective products, including tear-off and disposal, without reducing the amount for the age of the roof. We usually include it in the price of a new Owens Corning shingle roof.
Everything in System Protection, plus 10 years of workmanship coverage backed by Owens Corning itself, for about $500 more. In the first 2 years, 705 Roofing repairs any installation problem. If a contractor is ever unable or unwilling to do the repair, Owens Corning arranges it. Your workmanship coverage does not depend on any one company staying in business.
We install Canadian-made metal panels. The panel maker warrants the paint finish. Owens Corning’s warranties cover shingle roofs only. Your new metal roof also carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
